Back Office Executive

Work Experience

  • 10 to 12 years


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Should have experience assisting and supporting management at least for 10 years
  • Should have familiarity with market research techniques
  • Must have proven experience working as a Back Office Executive
  • Should possess excellent organizational skills
  • Should have working knowledge of computer operating systems, CRM Platforms and MS Office software
  • Should be able to work as part of a team
  • Should be willing to travel and eventually in the long-term wish to relocate
  • Should have high-level written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal Skills with Proven Abilities in Customer Relationship Management
  • Should have basic knowledge of financial and accounting software
  • Should be able to perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies
  • Should be adept in Vendor Management
  • Should have handoff experience in Budgeting, Negotiation etc.
  • Should be adept in organising Travel which includes but not limited to Accommodation, Travel, Ticketing etc.
  • Should have hands on experience in organising staff meetings and updating calendars
  • Process company receipts, invoices, and bills

Must have Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills – Fluent Oral & Written English
  • Through personality – pays attention to details
  • Takes initiatives and motivated
  • Should have excellent presentation and organizing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Should have an analytical bent involving data crunching and analysis
  • Should be adept in decision making
  • Should be flexible and creative
