Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness.
  • Training Manager works closely with key stakeholders to define training delivery strategies that consider desired outcomes, student learning needs and optimal delivery mechanisms.
  • Establish course objectives, develop training materials (user guides, exercises, training videos, assessment), coordinate training logistics and deliver training through a variety of methods that may include classroom, WebEx, and e-learning mediums.
  • Responsible for ensuring that training objectives have been met and that students have been adequately prepared to utilize the solution in their day-to-day roles
  • Responsible for maintaining and reporting on key learning metrics on an ongoing basis and improving learning adoption within the organization.
  • Collect and analyze training course evaluation data, modifying the training approach to improve effectiveness as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the E-Learning Management system and is responsible for any vendor management and course uploads for course requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining a training budget to fulfill the training needs of the business while staying within budget guidelines.
  • Promote and market the LMS and various training programs throughout the organization
  • Work with Learning Leads and key business stakeholders across India to plan the onboarding for experienced new hires across all locations in India.
  • Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute relevant learning and talent development activities.
  • Provide input into the development and maintenance of learning and development roadmaps to build and deliver required capabilities.
  • Partner with SMEs and Tech teams to ensure training materials are most up to date.
  • Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners.
  • Work with a team to plan and run all aspects of development programs, partnering with the business, vendors and HR teams. This includes participant registration, facilitator onboarding and retention, train the trainer workshops and end to end program management.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency in all aspects of program management to help in scalability.
  • Ensure excellent practitioner experience through delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI.
  • Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making.
  • Simplify learning opportunities / make learning more planned and predictable.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies ensuring on-time deliveries and coach availability
  • Lead the creation of key stakeholder communications such as scorecard updates, practice-wide communications, Learning SPOCs communications, etc.
  • Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level.
  • Produce metric scorecards for learning programs as appropriate
