Assist the Project Director with the development of the M&E Plan for the project, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans.
Lead role in overseeing data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is of high quality and audit worthy.
Responsible for supporting the preparation and review of program reports in collaboration with program staff.
Manage research activities and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are integrated into the project and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Design and manage gender-disaggregated beneficiary monitoring and database systems
Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management.
Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, mixed method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies.
Proven success in designing, implementing and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
Provision of timely, accurate and relevant reporting to support business processes with a view to review, prioritise, streamline and automate existing operational reporting ensuring the reports that are produced provide high value with minimal manual effort.
Monitor workforce management, operational proactively identify opportunities and assist in the implementation of system enhancements.
MIS Reporting to management on daily basis.
Should be able to create and monitor PnL of various functions and business within the company.
Should be able to create and monitor various MIS in the company which will help monitoring the business progress vis a vis projections.
Should be able to escalate any abnormal aberrations in costs which is not budgeted for.
Should be instrumental in working with coherence to various support departments and prepare budget
Should be able to review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports with the senior account manager/ senior executive.
Should be able to present financial reports to executives, MIS reports, and clients in formal meetings.
Should be adept in monitoring and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company.
Should be able to understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Should be able to research and analyse financial reports and market trends
Should be able to stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
Should be able to prepare predictive reports
