Work Experience
- 5 to 8 years
Responsibilities
- B.E/B Tech (Or Higher)
- 5-8 years of project management and should have experience in data labeling related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Should be responsible for customer experience, escalations & achieving highest customer’s satisfaction.
- Must be excellent in exploiting features in using Excel, Word & Power point
- Must be technically competent to understand industry standard HW & SW products.
- Should be able to build and Strengthen Team, plan for their growth with regular counseling and training.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Should have excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with Proven Abilities in Customer Relationship Management
- Should have proven skills to handle US Clients and Projects

- Excellent communication skills – Fluent Oral & Written English
- Through personality – pays attention to details
- Takes initiatives and motivated
- Should have excellent presentation and organizing skills.
- Should have an analytical bent involving data crunching and analysis
- Should be adept in decision making
