Work Experience

  • 8 to 12 years


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Should have good experience to set up office at new location.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities in well manner, like recycling, renovating etc.
  • Maintain a product stock, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations.
  • Responsible for all Housekeeping and Security supervision and also he need to make regular visit to the areas of premises of the organization on regular interventions.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
  • Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
  • Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Must have team handling and conflict management quality
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
  • Should have excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with Proven Abilities in Customer Relationship Management.

Must have Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills – Fluent Oral & Written English
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Through personality – pays attention to details
  • Takes initiatives and motivated and should have team handling capability
  • Should have excellent presentation and organizing skills.
  • Should have an analytical bent involving data crunching and analysis
  • Should be adept in decision making
