One of the key documents in a banking business is the communication exchanges between a bank correspondent and its customer as it gives the bank the idea about the interest of the customer in any of its products. In this case a client bank of AI Workspace wanted to digitze this entire written communication to get more business insights to help itself increase its business. AIW’s role in this was to run through the document and identify if the customer is interested in any or multiple of its listed products or if the customer is not interested in any of them. With this inputs the algorithm will be trained so that in future the machine can classify the same after scanning through such documents in large numbers. The content language of the project is Spanish.

Achievement
After completion of this project the Bank was able to achieve its target of automating the assessment of the written communications exchanged between its clients and its correspondent. The bank achieved significant business improvement after implementing the solution.
